Sync with Google Calendar
There are 2 ways you can sync with Google Calendar.
Choose a project or link all tasks assigned to you to an existing or a new Google Calendar.
Personal tasks integration
When you are assigned to a task and the task has a specific due date, this event will appear in the Google Calendar you have chosen to integrate with Ora. To select or create a Google calendar and connect to Ora follow the below instructions:
1. Go to Account Settings / Preferences and click on Connect under integrations/google calendar
2. Choose an existing calendar or create a new one.
Project tasks integration
When you set a due date for a task inside the project this event will appear in the Google Calendar you have chosen to integrate with Ora. To select or create a Google calendar and connect to Ora follow the below instructions:
1. Go to your Project Settings > Integrations and click on Connect under Google Calendar
2. Choose an existing calendar or create a new one.
Note: If you are assigned to a task with a set due date in a project that has been already connected with a Google Calendar, the event will appear in both calendars
